This solution allows our clients to conveniently expose as part of their portal, a set of tools that enables their customers to estimate scenarios online, and enter orders that flow directly into the portal or other 3rd party OMS solutions currently owned by the client. The ultimate effect of a superior customer experience through convergent communications surrounding order management is achieved in a robust yet seamless and accessible way. A standard storefront is included in Abacus™ by default to allow customers to realize estimated jobs into real orders.
